Responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for the preparation of payroll accounting for our external service provider as well as payroll auditing and followup activities
  • You continously support the entry, maintenance, checking and correction of master and variable data in Workday and LOGA as well as ensuring data quality
  • You prepare employment contracts, employment references and all personnelrelated documents
  • You completely handle all administrative and organisational aspects of HR work (the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding)
  • You support and advice line managers and employees regarding all HR issues
  • You participate in the further development and optimization of HR processes and their digitalisation to ensure structured and efficient HR processes

Qualifications:


  • You have completed a commercial training or further training, e.g. IHK personnel specialist desirable
  • You have gained 35 years of professional experience in human resources
  • You offer a good user knowledge of time recording and payroll systems (ideally P&I Loga 3 and Workday) and confident handling of MS Office (especially very good knowledge of Excel)
  • You also own knowledge of labour, tax and social security law
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and organisational talent with good prioritisation skills are characterizing you
  • High degree of flexibility and resultsorientated thinking and acting round up your profile
  • You are able to communicate business fluent in German and fluent in English
