- Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung des strategischen Marktplans für das Geschäftssegment Industrial Solutions zur Unterstützung von Umsatzprognosen und strategischen Initiativen inkl. Budgetierung und Controlling
- Bewertung von Marktbedürfnissen und neuen Ideen aus dem Markt und Bereitstellung von Erkenntnissen für die Marktsegmentmanager zur Unterstützung der Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Kampagnen
- Bereitstellung eines umfassenden Überblicks (Market Intelligence) über das Ökosystem (Markt, Kunden und Wettbewerb)
- Koordinierung mit den Markt-/Produktsegmentmanagern zur Optimierung der Vermarktungsstrategie und der Ausführung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen
- Führung des Vertriebs und Festlegung von Prioritäten für Schlüsselprojekte, Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Durchführung von Schlüsselprojekten auch in Eigenregie
- Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks von wichtigen Meinungsführern
- Leitung des Markenmanagements für das Geschäftssegment Industrial Solutions
- Repräsentation des Geschäftssegments IS bei wichtigen Veranstaltungen zur Verbesserung der Markenbekanntheit
- Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Tools, Ermittlung und Verbreitung von Best Practices und Prozessen zur Verbesserung der Gesamtleistung
- Leitung der Vorbereitung von Marketing- und Schulungsmaterialien zur Unterstützung der kommerziellen Bemühungen (White Papers, Website, Schulungsprogramme - intern und extern, Produktbroschüren usw.)
- Aufbau und Entwicklung starker Partnerschaften mit Commercial, Operations und Leitung funktionsübergreifender Teams sowie Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Commercial Operations (Sales)-Team, um aufschlussreiche Metriken und Berichte über die Effektivität von Kampagnen
- Hochschulabschluss in Marketing oder einem anderen wirtschaftsbezogenen Bereich (MBA bevorzugt)
- Mindestens 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich globales Marketing/Strategische Marketingplanung
- Bevorzugte Berufserfahrung im B2B-Marketing
- Führungserfahrung, Leitung und Management funktionsübergreifender Teams
