Als Schnittstelle zwischen unserer zentralen sowie internationalen IT und externen Partnern verantworten Sie die Koordination und Betreuung dieser Bereiche. Zusätzlich tragen Sie mit Ihrem Know-How zur weiteren Professionalisierung des IT Vendor Portfolio & Provider Managements bei.

Unser Mix, der Sie erwartet:

Mit Ihrer Leidenschaft entwickeln Sie den Bereich IT Vendor Portfolio & Provider Management weiter, indem Sie in der strategischen Optimierung unseres Portfolios an externen Partnern im Hinblick auf aktuelle und zukünftige Anforderungen einsetzen
Dazu engagieren Sie sich im Management der Lieferantenbeziehungen – inklusive der Steuerung von (Teil-)Outsourcings entlang zu entwickelnder SLAs
Auch der Aufbau von Technologiepartnerschaften und die Beratung zu prozessrelevanten Themen im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern integrieren Sie in Ihren Alltag
Außerdem bauen Sie ein zentrales Lizenzmanagement auf – von der Bedarfsermittlung und Lizenzvermessung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
Sie erarbeiten Make-/Buy-Szenarien für (Teil-)Services sowie Bereiche des Applikations-, Server- oder Infrastrukturbetriebs im Zuge der Entwicklung der Sourcing-Strategie der IT
Ebenso koordinieren Sie unsere IT-Ausschreibungen und unterstützen interne Kunden bei der standardisierten Erfassung von Anforderungen (HW, SW, Consulting)
Zu alledem stellen Sie die Prozesskonformität sicher und stehen als erster Ansprechpartner bei IT-Audits zur Verfügung

Zutaten, die Sie mitbringen:

Ihr abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL / (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Organisationsentwicklung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Lieferanten auf verschiedenen Ebenen – bestenfalls als Partner Manager oder vergleichbar
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI und Teams sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP S/4 HANA im Modul Material Management
Ihre zielgenaue Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch rundet Ihr Profil ab
