Technical & Logistics Fleet Team Supervisor (f/m/d):

Your Responsibilities:

Supervise and asses the activities of the Technical & Logistics Fleet Teams Coordinators to improve their performance and identify best practices
Provide support to the Opex and Capex Owners throughout the bidding phase, including formulating negotiation strategies with vendors
Prepare reports and conduct data analysis within the Fleet Technical Operations, providing valuable insights and recommendations
Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures, identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance service quality
Assist the Fleet Teams in fulfilling the supply chain process, from requisitions to invoice settlement, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or equivalent professional training
Previous professional experience in procurement & supply chain desirably in the maritime or cruise industry
Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Effective time management and prioritization skill
Proactive team player
Proficient computer skills in MS Office
Very good command of the English language
