Familiarize yourself with legal and ethical aspects of recruitment- Diversity and Inclusion: Learn the significance of diversity and inclusion in recruitment and strategies for promoting a diverse workforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist and support several areas of Talent Acquisition when needed
Maintain our ATS system
Work on your independent recruiting projects
Create internal and external recruiting content
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, Sociology or similar field of studies. Preference will be given to students looking to complete mandatory internships.
Available to do 40 hours internship for at least 3 month.
Exceptional skills when it comes to listening carefully, using logic and reason, following through on tasks, having a positive cando attitude, and communicating effectively in both writing and speaking.
Passion for recruiting

NICE TO HAVE

Previous Internship or Working Student experience
German language skills
