- Managing the Sales Administration Team, developing performance through formal and informal methods
- Acceptance and registration of customer orders and requests
- Investigating whether customer requests as required
- Preparation of customer offers
- Master data maintenance within the ERP system
- Checking incoming customer orders for plausibility particularly on prices, items, order quantities
- Creation of order confirmations to customers, delivery date control
- Posting of completed production orders
- Preparation of delivery notes, shipping documents and invoices
- Creation of price lists, condition and agreements
- If necessary, creation of production orders, clarification of delivery dates with the production planning department
- Correspondence and customer and field service support
- Leadership experience in an internal sales position
- Able to demonstrate experience of analytical and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong MS Office experience
- Commercial training or education is desirable

Role Overview: The Sales Administration Manager will be predominately responsible for the Sales Administration Team in Waldshut-Tiengen, working with customers to ensure requests can be fulfilled, orders can be processed efficiently to meet customer demands.
