Superintendent OHS Dry Docks (f/m/d):


Your Responsibilities:


Elevate your career in occupational health and safety by joining our dynamic team as a Superintendent OHS Dry Docks Take the lead in organizing and managing OHS activities for dry docks, ensuring compliance with updated standards, actively participating in yard operations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of safety protocols through insightful reporting and collaboration with the governance department.


  • Organize and manage all relevant occupational health and safety activities and documents for all dry docks
  • Manage and update accounts to new rules and requirements of all dry docks related OHS standards and procedures
  • Participate on yard times as part of the yard team
  • Create reports, statistics, control and analyse OHS dry docks processes
  • Support and cooperate with governance to manage the update of OHS documents

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in ship engineering or ship operation is required
  • A professional training in Occupational Health & Safety related field is mandatory
  • At least three years of professional experience in ship operating as an officer on board or SI ashore
  • Profound ITskills at MS Office
  • Having proven skills in international ship safety rules, requirements and standards
  • Structured and organized way of working as well as good time management skills
  • Junior leadership experience is desirable
  • Very good English language skills (English is our company language)
