Job Description - HR Manager (Parental Leave - coverage)

We are seeking a HR Specialist to be part of our expanding international team. The role is fully remote within Germany with flexible full-time hours.

Caster offers online assistant services, remote dispatch services, and consulting to various organizations across different industries.

Job Details:

Hiring activities
On-boarding and leaving arrangements
On-boarding training for new employees
Regulations preparation
Payroll management
HR document issuance and reporting
Labour supervision and management
Developing sound hiring and HR strategies
Management of external hiring tools
General training organization
Other HR/Hiring related tasks

Requirements:

B2 Business level in German
C1 in English
3+ years of HR or hiring experience
1+ year of talent recruitment experience
1+ year of talent development and management experience
Knowledge of managing remote workers
Intermediate MS Office or Google Workspace skills
Team player with strong experience
Good IT literacy

Preferred Qualifications:

International work experience
Proactive and ambitious personality
Start-up or ground-up project experience
Project management background
Excellent communication skills, especially in Slack
Located in Berlin

Employment Details:
