Responsibilities:

Work in a crossfunctional team interfacing with Engineering, Chief Engineering, Validation, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality and Program Management

- wn the transition plan for the parts/program to be handed over to on-going production
- rioritize and facilitate the introduction of product changes into Manufacturing planning new material introduction with Supply chain to minimize waste and to ensure the timely availability of material

Identify, communicate, mitigate and solve Supply Chain and Production issues to meet the goal of the build
Coordinate, communicate and tracking material status, factory readiness, risks and KPIs of the program
Look for improvement opportunities of parts, systems, products and processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Physics or similar technical education
Several years of experience in automotive business in one or more of the following functions: Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Validation
Familiarity with product development of highly complex manufactured products
Ability to read drawings and understand the BOM and engineering documentation
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically in Excel
Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
Ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced highpressure environment
