As the manager of Global Release and Test strategies within the organization, you are responsible for creating and implementing release management and testing framework for all Daimler Truck business units.

You will ensure that we have the state of the art testing processes and methods and drive the organization to a more efficient way with improving the processes.

You will require the ability to effectively lead, influence and communicate across organizations and regions to develop strategies for new technology implementation.

These challenges await you:

Reporting to the global TT/S Cross Function SW verification and release management organization
Usage and further development of the SW development and release management processes
Further development of the test management environment together with other teams in the TT/S Cross Function SW Verification and Release Management
Operation and further strategical development of the test environments to make Daimler Truck benchmark in the field
Create and execute strategy to reporting on software and release maturity to the Daimler Truck SW Maturity Board
Lead, motivate, and develop a global team by utilizing a continuous feedback culture
