- 5+ years of commercial experience in ideally both B2B and B2C Sales
- Experience in team management and development
- Experience in the healthcare industry with an active network in the relevant market
- Experience with (Digital) Marketing is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English and German

Our Client is a leading Healthcare provider based in Istanbul, Turkey, established in February 2000. What we are looking for
As part of our growth and international expansion, we are looking for an individual that will establish our presence in Germany and build up our business across the entire country.
This person should have a pioneer / founder mentality, with the willingness and ability to create a business from 0-to-1 including establishing the office, building up a team as well as a sales presence locally (treatment would be given in our premium hospitals in Turkey), and naturally be able to lead a team of people of Sales, Marketing and medical professionals a few years down the road.
The role can be based out of any larger city in Germany and would require to spearhead the expansion of our world-class complex medical services to patients in the country.
