Analyse und Optimierung der operativen und strategischen End-to-End-Beschaffungsprozesse - Aufbau und Verbesserung von Einkaufsdienstleistungen
Aufbau und Verbesserung von Einkaufsdienstleistungen mit einem integrierten Ansatz zur Steigerung der Dienstleistungsqualität für alle Stakeholders - Verhandlungskompetenzentwicklung im Einkaufsteam
Verbesserung und Ausbau der Verhandlungskompetenz des Einkaufsteams durch Anwendung fortschrittlicher Verhandlungskonzepte - Transparenzverbesserung und Digitalisierung im Einkauf
Verbesserung der Transparenz im Einkauf durch OKRs, KPIs, Kostenmodelle und Benchmarks - Digitalisierung
Förderung der Digitalisierung im Einkauf - Du hast Deine Dein Studium im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf oder SCM
- Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Durchführung von Transformations- oder Reorganisationsprojekten, sowie Kompetenz im Projektmanagement, Lean Management und Six Sigma zeichnen dich aus
- Von Vorteil ist Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft sowie in der Managementberatung
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine systematische und analytische Arbeitsweise aus, bist kommunikations- sowie entscheidungsstark und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
- Du beherrschst MS Office und SAP und deine Kenntnisse ermöglichen es dir, die Tools effektiv zu nutzen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
