WHAT YOU WILL DO
To further strengthen our installation team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and analytically gifted Technical Support Agent.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the installation team and our installation partners with remote technical support tasks and troubleshooting, as well as troubleshooting.

They provide second-line support to our B2B and B2C customers when they have questions or encounter an issue with a charging point.

In addition, you analyze the various faults and deviations that are received in the form of reports. You strive to improve the service process and take a proactive approach to disruptions. They take the initiative, bring in ideas and develop concrete improvements. The Technical Support Agent reports to our Operations Manager and works in tandem with our central Technical Support team.


HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Direct contact with partner electricians and customers via the technical telephone hotline for installation or maintenance work, in close coordination with our installation or maintenance partners, wherever possible;
  • They are the central point of contact for the technical quality of installations and maintenance contracts;
  • Analysis of incoming faults and detailed troubleshooting support for customers and partners;
  • Structural improvement of the proactive service process of installations and maintenance;
  • Conducting training for other technical support staff within the team;
  • Gathering data on recurring onsite issues and creating analysis reports.

THAT'S THEM

  • Preferably an apprenticeship in an electrical engineering field and/or at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field;
  • Experience with hotline/online support for technicians in the field;
  • Strong analytical thinking;
  • Proactive and improvable;
  • Customerfriendly and stressresistant;
  • Independent and solutionoriented;
- affinity for technology;

  • You are enthusiastic, creative and able to work independently;
  • You are interested and motivated to learn everything about our charging stations and services;
  • You work precisely and pay attention to the completeness and correctness of data;
  • You are highly motivated to provide optimal customer experience while improving our daily operations;
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with both electricians in the field and colleagues in the office;
  • You are able to distinguish between details and headings when necessary, give directions and make the right decisions;
  • Excellent knowledge of German (C1) and English (C1) is a must. French is a plus;
