    Die Position

  • Strategische und innovative Weiterentwicklung des Beratungsportfolios
  • Konzeption innovativer, kundenorientierter Strategien und Leistungen für Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation mit dem Team
  • Leitung von Beratungsprojekten angefangen von der Auftragsinitialisierung über die Planung bis hin zur Umsetzung
  • Kompetenter Ansprechperson für die Kunden in allen Projektphasen und Steuerung multidisziplinarer Teams
  • Akquise von Neukunden sowie kontinuierliche Entwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen in Themengebieten rund um Organisationstransformation
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines eigenen Fachteams

    Die Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Organisations)Psychologie, des (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesens oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge
  • 6+ Jahre Berufs- bzw. Beratungserfahrung rund um Organisationsentwicklung und Transformation in der Branche Versicherung
  • Fach- und Prozesswissen Insurance
  • Leidenschaft für neue Technologien und Trends sowie deren sinnvollen Einsatz in der Versicherungsindustrie
  • Agile Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus
  • Ausbildung zum systemischen Business Coach ist ein Plus
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Erfahrung in der Führung von (Projekt-)Teams
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft, inklusive Bereitschaft zu nationaler und internationaler Reisetätigkeit
  • Leidenschaft für neue Technologien und Trends sowie deren sinnvollen Einsatz in der Versicherungsindustrie
  • Analysefähigkeit, konzeptionelles Denken
