- Als Teil eines Projektteams übernehmen Sie den Aufbau, die Organisation sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagement-Prozesses für Großprojekte aus dem Bereich Infrastruktur / Renewable Energy.
- Sie verantworten die Erstellung, Pflege und Überwachung des Qualitätsmanagementplans, implementieren Standards und Methoden und behalten die Umsetzung im Blick.
- Sie definieren Auditpläne für alle Projektbeteiligten.
- Sie koordinieren Schulungen und Lessons Learned Workshops und führen Schwachstellenanalysen an Prozessen und Abläufen durch.
- Sie erstellen Projektberichte sowie projektspezifische Qualitätsdokumente.
- Sie gewährleisten bei Abschlussphasen die Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben.
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium mit bautechnischer Ausrichtung.
- Sie bringen Erfahrung im Bereich Infrastrukturprojekte mit sowie fundierte Erfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement.
- Sie überzeugen durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, Zielstrebigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen ebenso wie Spaß an herausfordernden Großprojekten.
- Sie haben Fließende Deutschkenntnise.
