Job Description:


Location

  • Hybrid in Karlsruhe, Germany

Responsibilities

  • Lead both inperson and remote training courses for new clients onboarding our software
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new Elearning training courses for our PROCAD brand's customers and partners
  • Support in setting up our PRO.FILE eLearning and eCampus Training Area
  • Conceptualize, plan and implement training from the creation of the training content to the implementation

Qualifications:


  • Fluent in English and German
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 50% Travel to Office (Karlsruhe) and Clients
  • Experience with Software or Product Training for External Clients

Preferred

  • Experience with Product Data or Document Management Systems (PDM, CAD, DMS)
  • Experience with IT product training or education
  • Experience with Business Processes in Machine or Plant Construction Industry
