    We are looking for you as Logistics Assistant (f/m/d) at our Clario site in Estenfeld (near Würzburg) to support and coordinate the global shipping and return of medical products

    Become a part of driving clinical studies forward with your daily performance at Clario. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers

    (pharmaceutical companies and clinical research organisations - CROs)

    can be sure that our test devices for our eCoa (digital patient diary), Respiratory (lung function devices) and Cardiac (blood pressure devices) divisions are prepared in time to arrive at medical sites (test centres and hospitals) worldwide.

    • What you'll be doing:

  • Perform data entry and process related paperwork according to established guidelines
  • Support coordination scheduling with departments within Manufacturing and Supply Chain and other Clario departments as needed
  • Support coordination of shipments and production orders on a daily basis for all businesslines
  • Monitor and report shipment and order status tracking information and escalate in case of emergency
  • Check compliance with the promised shipping and receiving dates and all needed documents
  • Business related communication with internal departments and external forwarders
  • Supportorganizing and processing of global in- and outbound shipments
  • Maintain performance indicators

    • What we look for:

  • Successfully completed commercial training in the field of industry, logistics or wholesale and foreign trade or comparable professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative position
  • Basic knowledge in the use of ERP systems
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Ability to work in a team

    Zur Unterstützung und Koordination des globalen Versands, sowie der Rücksendung medizinischer Produkte suchen wir dich als Logistics Assistant (f/m/d) | Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Logistik an unserem Clario-Standort Estenfeld (bei Würzburg)

    Werde ein Teil davon, klinische Studien mit deiner täglichen Leistung bei uns schneller voran zu treiben. Du wirst dafür zuständig sein, dass unsere Kunden

    (Pharmaunternehmen und Clinical Research Organisations - CROs)

    sicher sein können, dass unsere Testgeräte für unsere Bereiche eCoa (digitales Patiententagebuch), Respiratory (Lungenfunktionsgeräte) und Cardiac (Blutdruckmessgeräte) rechtzeitig vorbereitet werden, um an den 'medical sites' (Testzentren und Krankenhäusern) weltweit anzukommen.

    • Was sind deine Aufgaben?

  • Dateneingabe und Bearbeitung der damit zusammenhängenden Papiere entsprechend den geltenden Richtlinien
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordinierung der Terminplanung mit den Abteilungen in der Fertigung und der Supply Chain sowie anderen Clario-Abteilungen nach Bedarf
  • Unterstützung bei der täglichen Koordination von Sendungen und Produktionsaufträgen für alle Geschäftsbereiche
  • Überwachung und Meldung von Informationen zum Versand- und Auftragsstatus sowie Eskalation in Notfällen
  • Überprüfung der Einhaltung der zugesagten Versand- und Empfangstermine und aller erforderlichen Dokumente
  • Geschäftsbezogene Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen und externen Spediteuren
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Abwicklung globaler ein- und ausgehender Sendungen
  • Überwachung der Kennzahlen

    • Wen suchen wir?

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Industrie, Logistik oder Groß - und Außenhandel oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer administrativen Tätigkeit
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Anwendung von ERP Systemen
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit
