    For our Darmstadt Professional Beauty Research & Development team, we are looking for a Working Student (M/F/d)
  • Prestige Care to join us as soon as possible for at least 6 months assigment. The role would have a focus on codeveloping and supporting on product research and development.
    THE ROLE
  • We offer you an exciting technology development working student role for Wella Prestige Care & Styling

Your work will include:

  • Be a part of the Prestige Care team working on product development.
  • Research and analyze market acceptance and scope of development for Hairstyling products.
  • Qualification and testing for product performance and compatibility with packaging.
  • Create demos to illustrate product differences, building the reason to believe in the product efficacy.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree from a university in biology/biotech, chemistry, cosmetic or natural sciences, etc.
  • A background in cosmetic product development or the regulated cosmetic environment is a plus.
  • Team player and "can do" attitude.
  • Curiosity and empathy to transfer consumer and stylist insights into new product ideas.
  • Desire to penetrate science deeply and support claims with robust science approaches.
  • A bias towards beauty and being in touch with trends in the beauty industry.
  • Communication and presentation skills for verbal and written communication (in English) of ideas, technical rationales, risks, issues and recommendations.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Valid certificate of enrolment for the entire period of employment.
