One-Liner:
Your goal is to ensure a steady stream of valuable product increments.

Owner:
You master the organizational aspects of your energy management product and have a strong focus on technology.

You establish yourself as a contact person for all stakeholders as well as a competent contact person who can represent the technical aspect in customer projects.

Executioner:

Manage the product backlog and break down requirements into epics and tasks to plan team sprints and achieve efficient, high quality product increments.

You proactively identify potential blockers and leverage the necessary resources to remove them.

Planner:
Prioritize and track cross-team and cross-functional activities to align short-term milestones and contribute to the mid-term roadmap.

Profile:

Education:

Your education helps you to quickly understand complex technical problems in the field of renewable energy control and optimization.

Mindset:
To do your job, you quickly find the right balance between details and the big picture. You don't need tasks assigned to you, you identify and do them yourself.

Strengths:
Communication is the key to motivating and convincing team members and stakeholders. You look forward to exploring new tasks and responsibilities yourself and never stop asking questions.

Specialities:
You have worked on complex energy management systems and equipment controls? You are able to distinguish between good and not so good software architecture? You have already gained experience in working with development teams and organizing development sprints in a cloud or IoT domain? These are the skills that set you apart
