    Wie Du zu gridX beitragen kannst

    Die Besetzung dieser Position bedeutet für uns sehr viel, da ohne unser People & Culture Management bei uns gar nichts geht. People stehen bei uns im Fokus, und daher auch unsere tägliche Arbeit, um ein tolles Arbeitsumfeld und eine einzigartige Kultur weiterhin zu erhalten, aber auch weiter zu entwickeln. Nun suchen wir nach einer:m People Manager:in (befristet auf 2 Jahre wegen Elternzeit unserer lieben Kollegin) als wichtigen Teil unseres People & Culture Teams.

    Du arbeitest in allen relevanten HR-Prozessen von Onboarding bis Offboarding mit und unterstützt Anna, Antonia und Larissa bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben.

    • Du übernimmst die Pflege der Mitarbeitenden-Daten in unserer HR-Software Personio
    • Die Erstellung von Verträgen & Vertragsänderungen, Bescheinigungen und Arbeitszeugnissen sowie die Beantwortung von Mitarbeitendenanfragen liegen in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich
    • Der Gehaltsabrechnungsprozess gehört neben der Pflege unseres Relocation-Tools Localyze und unserer Remote Work-Tools Workmotion sowie Workflex zu Deinen monatlichen Routineaufgaben

    Diese Position ist für uns enorm wichtig und dafür solltest Du als Teil unseres People & Culture Teams ein angenehmes, sympathisches und offenes Auftreten haben. Du bist motiviert, bei uns richtig anzupacken und dem People & Culture Management Deinen persönlichen Touch zu verleihen Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung im Human Resources/People Management oder einer ähnlichen Rolle mit. Du hast Bock auf eine einzigartige Unternehmenskultur und trägst aktiv dazu bei, eine positive Arbeitsumgebung zu erhalten. Wichtig ist für uns, dass Du ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent bist, Erfahrung und Pflege einer HR-Software sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mitbringst. Eine klare Priorisierung Deines Tätigkeitsbereichs sowie Aufgaben proaktiv anzugehen, sind eine Selbstverständlichkeit für Dich. Hierbei stehen für Dich Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion klar im Fokus. Da wir ein diverses Unternehmen sind und in einem internationalen Umfeld arbeiten, sind fließende Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse Voraussetzung.
