YOUR TEAM:

As a Quality Lead you are executing and optimizing the Quality Management System within CARIAD with the aim to reduce claims and warranty costs and to raise customer satisfaction with high quality products.

Main Responsibilities:

Independent internal quality project management in accordance with organizational QM and ASPICE standards
Preparation of quality management plans, inspection schedules and documentation according to customer requirements
Define, deploy and track relevant KPI's applicable to the projects
Planning and execution of quality measures (acc. DIN and VDA) in the field of development, production and service
Preparation of risk assessments for software, assemblies and systems
Preparation and implementation of internal and external ASPICE assessments and tracking of measures
Coordination of the quality requirements in cooperation with the quality inspection body / customer

Key Required Skills:

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science or comparable field of study
Several years of professional experience as a lead in quality management, software / system engineering and/or quality planning
Understanding of Automotive SPICE or any other equivalent quality standards and implementation experience
Knowledge on ISO 26262, ISO/TS16949, SCRUM, SAFe
Supplier quality monitoring
Several years of professional experience as a team or project leader
Very good written and spoken English and German skills
