    Deine Aufgaben

    Als Explorer on Duty überblickst du in dieser Position den gesamten Empfangsbereich und bist verantwortlich für:
  • die Leitung des Rezeptionsteams und die individuelle Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
  • stets ein offenes Ohr für Deine Explorer zu haben und trainierst sie regelmäßig on-the-job, um einen außergewöhnlichen Service zu liefern und um eine Umgebung zu schaffen, in der sich der Explorer und der Gast wohlfühlt
  • die Organisation, Steuerung und Überwachung sämtlicher Abläufe und Prozesse
  • die persönliche Betreuung der Stammgäste im Haus
  • den aktiven Zusatzverkauf und die Empfehlung spezieller Zusatzangebote
  • das Überwachen, Durchführen und Abschließen sämtlicher Schichten
  • die Kontrolle von Buchungen, Rechnungen und Kommissionsabrechnungen
  • Du unterstützt den Hotel- sowie General Manager bei Kontrollen und Analysen, die den wirtschaftlichen und qualitativen Erfolg sichern.

  • Du bist ein positiver Mensch, der offen ist, der gerne neue Wege geht und vor allem der Freude am Arbeiten hat und diese auf andere übertragen kann.
  • Du bist motiviert und kannst motivieren und bist mutig beim Umsetzen von neuen Ideen.
  • Du hast schon Erfahrung im Führen von Teams und am Empfang macht dir so schnell keiner etwas vor.
  • Wertschätzung, Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungsfreiräume sind für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du bist unser Raving Fan und kreierst mit Begeisterung unvergessliche Gasterlebnisse. Du kannst aber auch einen kritischen Gast mit Deinem Charme um den Finger wickeln.
