Your mission:


The Role:


As a Business Development working student, you will play a key role in helping us grow and acquire new customers.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify, generate and qualify prospects.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the customer relationship management system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in sales and technology while studying.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research to generate hot leads from the fashion eCommerce industry for Sizekick
  • Create outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • Keep accurate and uptodate records of all sales and prospecting activities in our CRM system
  • Work closely with the Account Executives to handover qualified leads for further nurturing
  • Continuously learn and stay uptodate on the fashion eCommerce market

Your profile:


Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business, marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience or interest in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles
  • Handson selfstarter with a proactive and resultsdriven mindset
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German (our company language is English)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
  • Passion for sustainability and the fashion industry

The location of the role will be in Germany with a hybrid working model: You can work with our great team in our nice

in Munich or

from home (anywhere in Germany).


You need to be located in Germany.

Our Process:


You'll walk through
four stages:


  • Short
    video introduction (5 min)

Get to know each other (video call): We'll use this to pitch Sizekick and get you excited to join. We'll also use this chance to see whether our expectations align.
-
Personal interview (in Munich or via video call). You will meet with our Head of Sales Lukas and you will have the opportunity to talk about your previous accomplishments. We'll use that to have a conversation about which decisions you've taken and why.

We are mindful of your time: Going through all stages can be done within two weeks. Once you've passed them all we will extend a formal offer.

We use artificial intelligence and computer vision technology to recommend the right clothing size, and with the help of Sizekick's integrated software, everyone can find their correct size on our partner shops in just a few seconds with a smartphone.
