- Strategische und operative Analyse, Planung, Optimierung und Kontrolle der betrieblichen Strukturen und Prozesse
- Implementierung von Neuprozessen
- Steuerung, Überwachung und korrigierendes Eingreifen in die operativen Abläufe
- POC (Point of Contact) für den Kunden
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (Quality, HR, Finance und Facilities ) und mit Unternehmensleitung hinsichtlich langfristiger Ziele
- Erstellung von Reportings der operativ relevanten Kennzahlen an das Senior Management sowie die Finanzabteilung
- Ausarbeitung und Kontrolle von Mitarbeitereinsatzplänen sowie Urlaubsplänen
- Stetige Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Optimierung von Qualitäts- und Performancekennzahlen
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Einhaltung rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen (Arbeitsschutzgesetz, Datenschutz, Arbeitsrecht)
- Durchführung der Mitarbeiterjahresgespräche, der direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
- Sicherstellung und Förderung einer positiven Unternehmenspolitik und Kultur
- Idealerweise ein Studium im Bereich Logistik, BWL, VWL o.ä., alternativ eine Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im logistischen Bereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kontraktlogistikbranche von Vorteil
- Erste Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion in einem schnelllebigen und operativen Arbeitsumfeld
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Vorkenntnisse in den wesentlichen QSHE-Instrumenten
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Sozial- und Führungskompetenz
- Durchsetzungsstärke und starke Analyse- und Problemlösungsstärke
