The Team:

The Global Events Team is creating and running two annual global events with up to 15,000 attendees, currently digital and most probably hybrid in the future, plus also managing smaller more specific customer, sales and Executive events.

The team is part of the CMO Office and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

We are constantly looking for innovative, fresh ideas and concepts and have a very ambitious mindset to grow and develop our events to the highest levels of experience and excellence.

The Role:

You will support the Global Events Team in planning and executing world-class internal and external events, as well as day-by-day operations.

The work you'll do:

Support the event managers in the planning and implementation of various events (e.g. Celosphere 2023, Celonis Sales Kickoff, Employee Events)
As part of your job, you will project manage your own part of our events, coordinate internal and external partners and stakeholders, and support your colleagues in the wider event and marketing org
Research suitable suppliers, speakers, and service providers
Create presentations, documents, and event production plans
Additional administrative tasks

The qualifications you need:

Student of Business, Marketing, Tourism, Psychology, or of a comparable program

- must be digital savvy( Powerpoint/ Google Slides, Excel)
- ideally prior event and/ or project management experience
- ideally have prior professional experience in an office/event environment (e.g. internships, working student jobs, apprenticeship)

Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, German is a plus

6 months of fulltime availability
