- Du meldest planbare Arbeiten bei Kunden und Betriebsführungen an
- Du teilst Serviceaufträge zu, koordinierst Ressourcen und stimmst Touränderungen mit Fremddienstleistern ab
- Du überwachst Wartungspläne und stellst die Termineinhaltung sicher
- Du führst Wartungsübersichten und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Reporten
- Du kontrollierst durchgeführte Aufträge und dazugehörige Rechnungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit den regionalen Gebietsleitern im Austausch und erstellst Wartungsplanungen

Planned Operations Coordinator (m/w/d)
Wir sind die Windtastics – 2.200 fantastisch geschulte Menschen voller Tatendrang und mit hohem Wirkungsgrad. Unsere Spezialgebiete sind die Wartung, Reparatur, Verbesserung und Inspektion von Windkraftanlagen. Wir haben für jede Anforderung die passende Lösung und arbeiten zielstrebig daran, die Potenziale von weltweit 7.000 Windparkprojekten voll auszuschöpfen und die Energiewende jeden Tag weiter voranzutreiben.
Weil wir weiter expandieren, suchen wir auch im Innendienst Verstärkung. Ob in der Kundenbetreuung, im Projektmanagement, im kaufmännischen Bereich oder in der IT – wir freuen uns über neue Teammitglieder, die lösungsorientiert denken und tatkräftig handeln. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir an unseren Standorten daran, uns durch zunehmende Digitalisierung, gesundes Wachstum, neue Services und Produkte zukunftsfähig aufzustellen.
