- Bewertung und fachliche Durchführungsverantwortung im Process Change-Management im Rahmen des Global Process Engineering
- Technische und wirtschaftliche Analyse, Risikobewertung und Klärung der Änderungstragweite im Kontext des Gesamtprozesses
- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Verbesserung der Prozesse für das globalen Process Change-Management
- Übernahme einer zentralen Rolle innerhalb von interdisziplinären Projektteams
- Abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium, z.B. im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Produktionstechnik, alternativ eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker
- Erfahrung mit Projektarbeit innerhalb eines globalen Umfelds sowie Interkulturelle Kompetenzen im globalen Kontext
- Hohes technisches Verständnis bezogen aus Prozessabläufe und deren Dokumentationen
- SAP-Erfahrung (PP/MM) wünschenswert
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, sowie ergebnisorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft, sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Als globaler Process Change Manager in der Abteilung Industrial Engineering übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung von Änderungen an Serienprozessen. Diese Änderungsprozesse können sowohl Änderungen an Arbeitsablauf als auch am Arbeitsgegenstand von Prozessen beinhalten. Dabei erhalten Sie Einblicke in das gesamte Produktportfolio der Firma Rosenberger, von Automotive Steckern über große HV-Verbinder bis hin zu Messtechnik Sonderlösungen. Bei der Umsetzung der Prozessänderungen arbeiten Sie im globalen Rosenberger Werksverbund eng zusammen mit der Prozessentwicklung, der Werkzeugtechnik, dem Qualitätsmanagement und den Spezialisten vor Ort an den Standorten.
