Responsibilities:

Duties primarily include teaching and research. Research associates may also pursue independent research and further academic qualifications.


Research on the physics of air showers and propagation and origin of high energy cosmic radiation in the context of the Pierre Auger project, including development of analysis methods and use of numerical simulations.

More concretely implementation of hadronic interaction models into air shower codes and extensions of the propagation code CRPropa.


Profile:
