Customer service (M/F/d) - logistics

Your responsibilities:

- support of sales team
- communicate with customers incl. shipment of sample products
- confirm orders from European customers and place orders from factories in Asian countries
- stock control
- cross-departmental communication

Your profile:

- relevant working experience in customer services, or as a sales assistant
- experience with logistics in a logistics company or manufacturer
- experience in handling with ERP, especially with SAP is advantageous
- business fluent German and English language skills
- team player, good communication skills
