Your responsibilities:

Advisingglobal group functions(Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Procurement etc.), with focus on Europe including UK,on legal and compliance aspects (e.g.contracts, ecommerce, unfair competition, copyrights).
Being the first contact for data protection queries, ensuring compliance with all relevant data protection areas together with our global consultant, providing compliance training.
Reviewing and drafting contracts and other legal documents (e.g. supply agreements, service agreements, agreements with influencers).
Defining, optimizing and running legal and compliance processes within the Group.
Cooperating with, and managing, external lawyers around the globe.

Your qualifications:

Law degree in Germany and/or UK.
At least two years of professional experience as legal counsel with profound knowledge in commercial and data protection law.
Thorough, solutionoriented service providerwith strong business acumen skills.
Fluent in English and German, ability to clearly and precisely communicate and write.
Highly motivated teamplayer in a fastpaced, everchanging and diverse business environment.
