Job Definition:


  • Coordinating the operations and solving incidents and technical problems raised by customers, f necessary involving 2nd or 3rd level support experts
  • Conducting implementation projects and trainings together with ERP providers and customers
  • Documenting processes, settings, procedures and coordinating / train the 1st level support team
  • Participating actively in the further development of our offer of products and services

Job Qualification:


  • Basic experience in the management of customer implementation project
  • Basic experience with XML and web services
  • Fully proficient in English and German
