Job Definition:
- Coordinating the operations and solving incidents and technical problems raised by customers, f necessary involving 2nd or 3rd level support experts
- Conducting implementation projects and trainings together with ERP providers and customers
- Documenting processes, settings, procedures and coordinating / train the 1st level support team
- Participating actively in the further development of our offer of products and services
Job Qualification:
- Basic experience in the management of customer implementation project
- Basic experience with XML and web services
- Fully proficient in English and German
