- Technical management of the bid team in commercial matters (drafting of commercial bid conditions, pre-structuring of the contract, commercial bid strategy)
- Analyzing and evaluating commercial risks and identifying possible risk avoidance strategies in the bid phase
- Preparation and management of commercial contract negotiations with subsequent handover of finalized contracts to the executing teams
- Coordination and implementation of special commercial topics with the relevant specialist departments (to calculate costs for guarantees, foreign currency transactions, taxes and customs duties)
- Completed studies in the field of business administration, law or similar
- Extensive experience in commercial, finance, sales, marketing or purchasing
- In-depth knowledge of contract law
- Structured way of working and a high degree of initiative, commitment and creativity
- Strong diplomatic skills and very good communication and cooperation skills

Summary
We are looking for a "Contracts & Commercial Manager (f/m/d)" for the "CoC Commercial" department at the Oberkochen or Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.The Commercial Team is responsible for the preparation and negotiation of convincing, economical commercial offers and is thus significantly involved in laying the foundation for the success of HENSOLDT. In this role, the members of the Commercial Team are an important part of the Bid Teams, in constant communication with the various specialist departments within the company and in direct contact with our customers.
