    Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Markenmanagement unserer starken Marken im Ax-Bereich, inklusive Umsatz- und Profitverantwortung und marktbezogenen Leistungsindikatoren
  • Einführung und Aktivierung neuer Produkt- / Serviceinnovationen einschließlich der Aktivierung von Verbrauchern und medizinischem Fachpersonal
  • Entwicklung von Marketingplänen sowie Umsetzung und Erfolgsmessung, Budgetplanung und -führung
  • Umsetzung globaler Initiativen in lokale Aktivierungspläne
  • Planung und Umsetzung aller relevanten Marketing-Mix-Aktivierungen entlang der Customer/Consumer Journey, einschließlich Offline- und Online-Kommunikation sowie Medienplanung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingplänen
  • Kontinuierliche quantitative und qualitative Analyse der Märkte sowie Erstellung von Wettbewerbs- und Potenzialanalysen
  • Netzwerkpflege unter behandelnden Ärzten in der Ästhetik im Zuge des Galderma GAIN-Netzwerks
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus allen Abteilungen incl. dem globalen Marketing

    • Anforderungen

  • Hochschulabschluss im Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige und fundierte Berufserfahrung (5-7 Jahre)
  • Erfahrung im Brand-Management im medizinischen Bereich, idealerweise in der Ästhetik
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung neuer Produkte
  • Unternehmerisches Denken mit dem starken Willen, den Markt mit den verantwortlichen Marken zu übertreffen
  • Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit praktischer Mentalität
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement
  • Englisch (fließend)
