    Stellenbezeichnung: Digital Engagement Manager (m/w/d)

    Standort: Düsseldorf (Hybrid)

    Stellenbeschreibung

    Wir suchen einen Digital Engagement Manager für den Bereich Ästhetik in Deutschland. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Leitung des digitalen Geschäfts von Galderma von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung und tragen die volle Verantwortung für den digitalen Erfolg. Dabei liegt der Fokus stark auf dem ganzheitlichen Denken im digitalen Bereich und der Umsetzung und Steuerung der digitalen Aktivitäten

    Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Pflegen von Beziehungen zu externen Agenturen und Anbietern.
  • Planen, umsetzen und optimieren umfassender digitaler Marketingkampagnen für Restylane und Sculptra über verschiedene Kanäle, die HCPs und Verbraucher als Zielgruppen ansprechen.
  • Analyse von Daten und Metriken zur Bewertung der Kampagnenleistung und Bereitstellung von Erkenntnissen zur Verbesserung.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, um eine konsistente Botschaft und Präsenz der Marke auf allen digitalen Plattformen sicherzustellen.
  • Austausch mit anderen Märkten, Identifizierung/Austausch und erneute Anwendung bewährter Verfahren.

    • Anforderungen

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, (Digitales Marketing) oder vergleichbaren Bereichen.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Digitalbereich mit nachgewiesenem Erfolg bei der Steigerung des digitalen Geschäfts. Erfahrung im Ästhetikbereich bevorzugt.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln als Verantwortlicher für das digitale Geschäft.
  • Solides Verständnis der wesentlichen Erfolgsfaktoren im digitalen Bereich.
  • Fundiertes Wissen in SEO, SEM, Social Media, E-Mail-Marketing und anderen digitalen Kanälen.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Umsetzungsorientierung.
  • Vollständig auf dem neuesten Stand der wichtigsten digitalen Trends.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Teamplayer in einem multifunktionalen Umfeld.
  • Exzellente Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.
