Your role:
You will:
- Collaborate with the business teams (Commercial, Finance, Implementation, etc.) and downstream Product teams to establish product vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Manage the existing CRM team that is composed of Salesforce engineers and business admins.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to design, develop, test, and launch innovative solutions.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of highquality products.
- Prioritise product initiatives effectively in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Lead requirement gathering efforts, through consulting stakeholders, analysing relevant data sources, and conducting customer research
- Define and track key metrics to measure product success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
- Think creatively and solve interesting problems in a fastpaced environment
- Embrace challenges, persist and learn through support and feedback
What you bring:
- At least 7 years of product management experience, with proven track record of successful implementations / enhancements of any of the Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud preferred)
- Sales Consultant (CRT251) or Advanced Administrator (CRT211) certification preferred
- Proven people management experience (onboarding, performance management, coaching, etc.)
- You see the big picture whilst rolling up your sleeves to work with the team directly
- Enthusiasm and strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across the organisation. Ability to push back or challenge stakeholders in the organisation while maintaining great relationships.
- Solid experience in working with operation and business teams. You are an expert in process optimisation and know how to drive change management initiatives across the organisation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail. Ability to ramp up quickly and become an expert across our business.
- Proven selfstarter who can identify new opportunities, develop strategies to drive growth, and push projects forward, as well as a desire to push innovation
- Passion for customer interaction and desire to exceed what our customers demand of us.
- Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level within teams, within the company, to customers, and other audiences.
