    Werkstudent IT (m/w/x)

    DEINE AUFGABEN



    Als Mitglied unseres Teams bist Du dafür verantwortlich, dass die Services Rund um den Digital Workplace reibungslos funktionieren und stetig weiterentwickelt werden. Abhängig von Deinen Fähigkeiten übernimmst Du eine oder mehrere der folgenden Aufgaben.
    • Du administrierst und erweiterst unsere Digital Workplace Services (basierend u.a. auf Office 365 und Azure Services)
    • Du bearbeitest über den Helpdesk eingehende Anrufe und Tickets
    • Du wickelst den IT-seitigen On- und Off-boarding-Prozess für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen ab
    • Du unterstützt Benutzer bei der Verwendung eingesetzter Technologien und / oder berätst in Fragen der IT-Sicherheit
    • Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Koordination und Ausführung unterschiedlicher IT-Projekte

    DEIN PROFIL

    • Du befindest Dich in einem Studium der Informatik, in einem der IT zugehörigen Fachgebiet oder hast starkes Interesse an IT
    • Du hast bestenfalls tiefergehende Kenntnisse in einem der folgenden Bereiche: Digital Workplace, Public / Hybrid Cloud, IT-Sicherheit, IT-Administration, Data Science
    • Du bist Dienstleistungsorientiert, immer am Puls der Zeit und befasst Dich mit aktuellen Technologien und probierst diese aus
    • Du hast eine positive Einstellung, bist kontaktfreudig und organisations- und kommunikationsstark
    • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit der Eigenschaft selbständig zu denken und zu arbeiten
    • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
