What You'll Do:

You are working closely together with the Director Operations & Strategy.
You initiate and take responsibility for strategic and operational projects and proactively push them forward.
You set up corporate structures and drive internal process optimisation forward.
You support our operations team significantly in finance and HR processes in coordination with all other departments at 42watt.
You support our management team in preparing for financing rounds.

Your profile:

You are studying in the field of business and economics and can demonstrate very good performance.
You have already gained relevant work experience during internships in a consultancy, a venture capital firm or a fastgrowing startup environment.
You are a true team player with a handson mentality.
You are ambitious, like to take on responsibility and learn quickly.
You have strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
You are interested in a growth phase in an upandcoming climate tech startup with high impact on society and the environment.
You speak German at C1 level and have a very good command of English (company language).

Our Interview Process:

1st Video Interview (Recruiter Call): In this step, you will talk to a recruiter who will answer all your initial questions, tell you more about us and how we work and also wants to know more about you and your professional background.

2nd Interview:In this step, we want to find out more about your professional expertise. Here you will already get to know your future colleagues and there is time for your questions, as well.

About us:

42watt is the contact for all measures related to energy-efficient renovation. Our experienced energy consultants always provide non-binding and manufacturer-independent assistance. We determine which renovation measures are meaningful and how they can be implemented as cost-effectively as possible.

The real estate sector plays a central role in achieving climate goals.

According to calculations, there will be a gap of 152 million tons in reaching the climate target if the building sector is not renovated.

At 42watt, our mission is to reduce energy consumption per square meter to below 42 kWh per year. This quantity is necessary to achieve the climate goals for the building sector by 2045.
