Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the company`s global business strategy and goals.

Governance of all Compensation and Benefits related topics to ensure global standards for the whole Stepstone Group.

Responsibility to further implement and maintain the internal job grading methodology as basis for salary bands, job titles, benefit structures.

Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that the company ́s compensation and benefits packages are competitive and attract top talent across regions and countries where the company operates.

Development and implementation of salary bands for the whole Stepstone Group. Managing and maintaining the company ́s compensation structure, ensuring it is fair, equitable and consistent.

Oversee the administration of the company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and other employee benefits, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Development and management of the budget for compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are cost-effective and sustainable across all regions.

Guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters, including job evaluations, salary reviews, and employee benefits, taking into account local laws and cultural differences.

Analysis and monitoring of compensation and benefits trends across different regions and countries to ensure that the company ́s programs remain competitive and compliant with local legal and regulatory requirements.

Development and maintenance of strong relationships with external vendors, consultants and partners to ensure the company ́s programs are aligned with the industry best practices across all regions.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor ́s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master ́s preferred.

Minimum of 3-4 years in similar role

Proven track record of designing and implementing successful compensation and benefits programs across different regions and countries in matrixed organization.

In-depth knowledge of global compensation and benefits laws and regulations

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making sills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading a team across different cultures and regions

Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
