- Du unterstützt die Fachbereiche (Schwerpunkt Segment Commercial & Industrial) bei der Erstellung, Analyse und Verhandlung von Verträgen
- Neben den Vertriebskollegen, die meist Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Analyse und Verhandlung von Lieferverträgen benötigen, arbeitest du sehr eng mit den Kollegen aus dem Bereich Business Development und Partner Management zusammen und stehst ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Du erarbeitest eine Vertragslandschaft und bist zuständig für sämtliche Anfragen (vom NDA bis hin zu großen, internationalen Kooperationsverträgen)
- In deiner Funktion berätst du die Entscheidungsträger zu möglichen Chancen und Risiken des jeweiligen Geschäftsabschlusses durch die Analyse vertraglicher Aspekte sowie durch die Erarbeitung alternativer Vertragslösungen
- Du stehst als Ansprechpartner(in) bei Fragestellungen mit Bezug auf Vertragsstrukturen und geltende rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen zur Verfügung
- Abgeschlossenes juristisches, betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium oder eine gleichwertige fundierte Ausbildung mit anerkanntem Abschluss
- Sehr gute und erprobte Kenntnisse im juristischen Vertragsbereich aufgrund langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Contract Managements mit einer 360-Grad Betrachtung (Lifecycle) von vertraglichen Vorgängen von der Anbahnung bis zu deren Ablauf
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Vertragsgestaltung zu verschiedensten Formen von geschäftlichen Partnerschaften
- Leistungs- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher analytischer Kompetenz
- Du kannst operative Notwendigkeiten mit juristischen Anforderungen in Einklang bringen und hast das Geschick, juristische Bewertungen einfach und überzeugend darzustellen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Erfahrungen in einer internationalen Tätigkeit oder in einem global vertretenen Unternehmen von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit juristische Bewertungen einfach und überzeugend darzustellen
