Responsibilities:


  • As the responsible HSE Officer you keep an eye on legally compliant safety and reconcile legal and internal safety requirements at the highest level
  • You are responsible for forwardlooking plant support with regard to planning, implementation, commissioning and maintenance of plant facilities / equipment and carry out precise risk assessments
  • Through training courses on occupational safety, you inspire our teams to conscious safety behavior
  • By developing sets of rules and regulations, you create clear structures, take responsibility for reporting and create wellstructured documentation in the area of safety
  • You lead open discussions with internal and external partners, including authorities, production areas and the Group HSE function
  • To prevent occupational accidents, you identify safety gaps, develop effective solutions and analyze their root causes

Qualifications:

  • You look back on a completed training as a Bachelor Professional, technician or a completed engineering degree, ideally already completed training as a specialist for occupational safety (FASI)
  • You already have practical work experience in the HSE area and a sound knowledge of the relevant legal regulations and technical rules in the area of occupational safety
  • Your experience in the field of fire protection is an advantage
  • An additional qualification in the area of machine safety is desirable
  • Your personality is characterized by strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, a sense of responsibility and an understanding of a corporate environment
  • Excellent knowledge of German and also good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, round off your profile
