- mitwirken im Rahmen einer Produkt- bzw. Teilproduktverantwortung
- das Softwarespezifische Anforderungsmanagement (inkl. Bewertung und Herunterbrechen von Anforderungen in umsetzbare Work-Items und Tasks) übernehmen
- technische Analyse von GAPs und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Schließung von GAPs externe (Software-)
- Dienstleister und Berater managen je nach Bedarf
- die Verantwortung für das Testmanagement, Releasemanagement und/oder Qualitätssicherung übernehmen
- Vorgabedokumenten erstellen und deren Einhaltung prüfen (z.B. Quellcode, Testabdeckung, Technologievorgaben, Konzeptvorgaben)
- sich regelmäßig mit Zentralabteilungen und weiteren relevanten Stakeholder und Schnittstellenpartnern abstimmen
- einen guten Hochschulabschluss der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Physik oder vergleichbares
- praktische Erfahrung in der Beratung und/oder Implementierung von SAP Projekten
- fundierte methodische und fachliche Kenntnisse des SAP Standards und einen guten Überblick über das relevante SAP Produktportfolio und idealerweise Erfahrung in einem spezifischem SAP Modul (z.B. PP, QM, PM/EAM, ME/MII)
- gute Kenntnisse moderner SAP-Entwicklungsprozesse und Frameworks sowie deren Programmierstandards (ABAP, UI5, etc.)
- mehrjährige Praxis im Bereich der Entwicklung von komplexen Softwareprojekten sowohl nach klassischen als auch agilen Vorgehensweisen
- einen hohen Anspruch an die Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit Ihrer eigenen Arbeit und vermögen es, diesen Anspruch auch im Produktteam erfolgreich umzusetzen
- starke Teamplayerfähigkeiten, sind durchsetzungsfähig, entscheidungsfreudig, geschickt im Umgang mit Konflikten, sind Kunden- und Zielorientiert und haben einen lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil mit reichlich Eigeninitiative
- gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowie ausgezeichnete Präsentations- und Moderationskenntnisse
- eine überdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft, sind zuverlässig, flexibel und belastbar
- sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
