The story begins:

Develop and implement master data management policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple systems and platforms.
Lead a team of master data specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure data quality and consistency.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including IT, supply chain, and product management, to ensure accurate and timely data flow throughout the organization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and systems, identify and mitigate data quality issues, and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Your proven path:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in master data management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
Proficient in data management tools such as SAP; experience with Fashion data model is a definite plus
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proven track record of driving process improvements and optimizing systems.
