- Selbständige Koordination und Überwachung der Controlling-Aktivitäten in verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen wie Produktion, Gemeinkosten, Forschung & Entwicklung (F&E), Personal, Vertrieb und IT.
- Verbesserung und Abstimmung der Geschäftsprozesse zwischen dem Finanz- und Controllingbereich.
- Analyse und Aufbereitung von monatlichen und jährlichen Berichten.
- Erarbeitung von wirtschaftlichen Berichten, Businessplänen, Rentabilitätsanalysen, Investitionsplanungen und Prognosen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen.
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des Vertriebscontrollings und Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Umsatz- und Auftragseingängen.
- Beratung und Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Margenberechnung für spezielle Projekte und Großaufträge.
- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder ein vergleichbares Studium.
- Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse im Bereich Business Controlling.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Sorgfalt.
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke.
