    Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Schadens- und Ursachenanalysen von EB Produkten - insbesondere von Gleitringdichtungen
  • Unterstützung der EB-Organisation bei technischen Problemen im Zusammenhang mit der Produktfunktion im After Market
  • Bearbeitung und Management komplexer RCA's in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Beteiligten (intern/extern)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit der EB–Vertriebsorganisation
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung definierter Prozesse und deren kontinuierliche Verbesserung in der Rolle als Corporate Lead Function (CLF)

    • Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Maschinenbau-/Wirtschaftsingenieur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundiertes technisches Wissen im Bereich Gleitringdichtungs- und Anwendungstechnik sowie den zugehörigen Versorgungssystemen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Schadensanalyse und Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen von Vorteil
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office & SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie weltweite Reisebereitschaft
