We are looking for a
Principal, Vendor Performance (all gender), to join our
Quick commerce's Local Shops team to lead some of our critical Vendor acquisition initiatives and improve performance for thousands of Vendors worldwide.

Your mission:


  • Reporting to the Senior Manager for Assortment & Vendor Performance within Local Shops, Commercial, you will be part of the Quick Commerce Department, which supports Delivery Hero's local entities in defining and optimizing their commercial strategy to deliver our ambitious growth targets
  • You will be in the driver's seat of some of our most critical and complex marketing initiatives; critical because of their high impact on Quick commerce's overall business performance, and complex due to their many ramifications in other functions and departments, notably into Product and Data, thus requiring a broad understanding of a tech company's workings.
  • You are responsible for designing and executing global initiatives to strengthen our Vendor acquisition process across entities. This will involve launching selfservice tools, defining target vendors and building scalable workflows to make acquisition seamless and efficient.
  • In addition, you will analyze Vendor performance across entities and identify areas to help Vendors maximize their performance on our platform.
  • For the above initiatives initiatives, you will
  • Contribute to setting the overall objectives and strategy and will design action plans with and for each entity;
  • Define relevant metrics to evaluate progress and set the targets, and monitor entities' performance.
  • Support regional and local commercial teams in achieving the shared goals on ads revenue and promotion revenue.
  • Identify and distribute best practices globally.
  • Identify related product needs and data gaps, and push for implementation of solutions to them.
  • You will create strong relationships with regional and central teams, particularly within the Commercial & Product organisation, and will be known as a thought leader on the initiatives you will be owning and implementing.

Your heroic skills:


  • You have at least 4 years of work experience (not counting internships), including experience in a toptier management consulting firm and/or experience in the toptier ecommerce companies, with preferably some exposure to consumer marketing and product management. Experience in online consumer companies is a plus, not a must.
  • You are an amazing team player, playing your part in creating a great work environment.
  • You take ownership of tasks, are selfdriven, able to work with ambiguity.
  • Your business acumen is excellent.
  • You excel at complex problem solving, in a diver
- se organisation, and have experience in driving ideas from inception (incl. analysis, insights, recommendations) to clear action plans in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while bringing senior and working team stakeholders along.

  • You have advanced communication skills, verbally and written, and adapt your level and style of communication to different audiences. You are strong at influencing others, even without direct reporting lines.
