Proclinical are recruiting a Management Assistant (M/F/d) for a medical technology and device organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Hamburg.

Responsibilities:

You will collaborate with the local training coordinator to assist the local training center for service, sales and customers.
Provide travel assistance for the site such as supporting with making travel arrangements, group bookings, attaining a visa, etc.
Responsible for office management for local leadership, for example: managing mail, contracts, site documents as well as providing administrative assistance for the leadership team.
Arrange events for local functions as well as visiting teams from any other company sites.
Accountable for visitor management, such as assisting visitors in preparing for their visit, personally welcoming and assist visitors at site, being present at the site throughout the standard office hours, etc.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Various years of experience in a management assistant role within a global setting.
An organised individual, which involves office as well as event management.
Fluency in the German and English languages.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing towards a varied audience.
A flexible individual with the ability to be proactive, resourceful as well as efficient.
Capable of prioritising workload and meet deadlines.
Able to manage confidential information in a discreet and disciplined manner.
Computer literacy.
