You want to steer proactively the local recruitment process of impactful positions? Are you capable of developing solutions and providing consultation to stakeholders with expertise? This position allows you to perform a variety of tasks.

Together with your team of Recruiting Managers, Recruiters, Active Sourcers and your Segment Lead you will make sure to find, attract, select, and hire the best talents for Boehringer Ingelheim

This is the method to follow: You hold the knowledge as a specialist in the entire recruitment procedure and query yourself, 'Which is the most effective blend of recruitment channels? Which skills were considered necessary and important? Does this job advertisement accurately represent the primary values of the position? Which individuals or teams should be included in the recruitment action plan, such as Active Sourcing, CoE Talent, Headhunter, and so on?'


Your skills, your experience and what makes you who you are

  • This role has high impact in winning the war for talents for Boehringer Ingelheim, so you can handle ambiguity, you are good in prioritization of your resources to the best of the company, and you are resilient in kind of pressure.
  • Ideally you have experience and knowledge in use of Aptitude Diagnostics tools.
  • Internal and external Networking in English is your passion ideally also in German, intercultural competencies round out your profile.
  • You look for a role where you can bring in emotional as well as social intelligence, persuasion, assertiveness, and teamwork.
