- Du erhältst einen guten Einblick in die Abläufe zu nationalen und internationalen Finanzierungen für Corporates und institutionelle Kunden, sowie in die unterschiedlichen Kreditprodukte
- Laufende Durchführung des Monitorings von Covenants unter diesen Finanzierungsverträgen (Überwachen, Einfordern von Berichten und Zertifikaten, Prüfungen, interne Kommunikation etc.)
- Support der Spezialisten der Abteilung bei den anfallenden Tagesgeschäftsaktivitäten mit Schwerpunkt auf Abwicklung des Bestandsgeschäftes unter vielfältigen Finanzierungstrukturen
- du an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule studierst
- du noch mindestens 2 Jahre bis zum Studiumsende hast
- du sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse mitbringst und gerne mit verschiedenen IT-Applikationen umgehst
- du selbständig aber auch gerne im Team arbeitest
- du ergebnisorientiert, genau und verantwortungsbewusst abeitest
- du sehr gut Deutsch sprichst- und dein Englisch so gut ist, dass du auch mit dem Verstehen von englischsprachigen Dokumentationen kein Problem hast und dies auch noch perfektionieren willst
- Du möchtest gerne in einer großen, agilen Organisation mit multikulturellen Teams arbeiten
- Du bist offen, pro-aktiv und kommunikativ und hast Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen

Die Abteilung Lending Operations verantwortet die Strukturierung, vertragliche Dokumentation und Kreditabwicklung einer sehr großen Anzahl von Kreditprodukten der RBI AG für ihre Kommerz- und institutionellen Kunden, mit einem großen Schwerpunkt auf internationale (englischsprachige) Transaktionen. Zu diesen Kreditprodukten zählen z.B. LMA syndizierte Kredite, Schuldscheindarlehen, Ausübung der Agency Funktion, bilaterale Kredite, Forderungsankäufe, Asset Based Finance Transaktionen, Risikobeteiligungen.
