- Konkret analysieren Sie Logdateien, stellen Kundenprobleme nach, passen Konfigurationen an und testen diese.
- Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden vor Ort durch die Begleitung von Integrationstests und die Durchführung von WLAN-Ausleuchtungen sowie Problemanalysen.
- Sie installieren unser Kernprodukt LYDIA Voice in Kundensystemen und rollen LYDIA-Softwareupdates aus.
- Sie arbeiten technische Konzepte auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen aus.
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen bereits einige Jahre an Berufserfahrung aus der IT-Branche und der Arbeit im Bereich Netzwerk - insbesondere Cisco - mit; Themenstellungen rund um WLAN / LAN waren Ihnen schon immer die liebsten
- Damit Sie Ihre Kenntnisse gewinnbringend in Ihrer neuen Rolle bei uns einbringen können, sind Ihnen folgende Bereiche nicht fremd: Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, SAP, Windows CE & Android, Windows- und/oder Linux- Server OS.
- Sie sind bekannt für eine prozessorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Themen voranzutreiben.
- Sie haben gute Kommunikationskenntnisse, die Sie gerne bei Kundenkontakt unter Beweis stellen.
