Role overviewThe HR Business Partner is the first point of contact for the managers for all HR related topics for the scope defined:
currently the Netherlands and Germany.

Identifies and satisfies the needs of management and employees as well as implementing different HR Themes & Programs in the business.

You will be working closely with HR Operations, HR Competence Center and the Talent Acquisition team.

In your daily business you are in continuous contact with the different managers in your perimeter as well as the Finance department.

You will be supported by an HR Associate for administrative tasks, you will be part of the global HR team and report to the Chief HR Officer.


Main responsibilities

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs
  • Suggest new HR strategies
  • Supports and collaborates closely with the management
  • Advisory role on all HR topics like talent acquisition, nonperformance, absence management, litigations
  • First point of contact for Labor Inspection, Health & Safety, lawyers, etc
  • Define and improve HR policies & processes
  • Legal & Administrative tasks: specific employment documents, collective agreements
  • CSR Reporting & Audits
  • Implementation of HR Programs & Projects (Employee Survey, Annual Review program, etc)

Your profile

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
- _At least 2-3 years working experience in HR_

  • Preferably knowledge of the
    Dutch, UK and
    German labor law:
  • Be able to work independently and you are a proactive teamplayer with an entrepreneur mindset
  • Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Solutionminded, analytical and able to work under pressure
  • Must speak fluent
    English, Dutch and German, any other language is a big advantage
  • Willing to travel (incidentally)
  • Excellent use of IT tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office and SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Used to or willing to work in a dynamic decentralized and international organization
